Letter From CEO
To our customers, partners and AINQA community
MR. Kanagasingam Kathirkama Thamby,
CEO, AINQA
A new chapter – AINQA on the road
We were able to reflect on everything the original GCI brand represented when we took a brand sabbatical last year. During this time, we examined our past and considered our future. We realised that we must seize the opportunity to evolve our brand. We must share the breadth of expertise AINQA truly represents and realign with our refined value proposition and vision.
We are delighted to announce our new name and logo, and we welcome our next phase in this journey to make an impact on health outcomes, together with other industry leaders. AINQA will be a meeting point to write our new chapter.
The change is not limited to the name's shape and form. We seek to broaden our reach by reimagining ourselves. We will deliver a better digital experience and communicate our values through our social media presence. We also aim to keep an active voice to share and engage. We understand that focus is needed to more effectively help our clients with their transformation initiatives and outcomes.
Our mission is being refined to what we have always known best about ourselves. We deliver best-in-class consulting, and we build technologies and services to enable healthcare ecosystems to achieve economies of scale and technical excellence.
AINQA's renewed avatar builds on its past strengths to be an evangelist of predictive and preventive care whilst empowering curative, palliative and rehabilitative ecosystems through disruptive and transformative digitisation. In pursuit of this, AINQA aims to bring stakeholders together. The industry's payor, provider and governance structure call for a collaborative framework to enable the transition in health services. This will enable meaningful health outcomes to be optimised whilst arresting unsustainable burgeoning health costs and leaving no one behind.
The evolution of digital technology has revolutionised the care delivery model, thus providing AINQA with opportunities to eliminate noise and humanise care.
Our journey so far – from GCI to AINQA
Since our founding in 2002, GCI has had the good fortune to experience tremendous growth.
Our journey started with a vision to create a company that empowers individuals and teams to do their best work, based on trust and openness. Drawing from our experience with many national and enterprise-grade digital transformation projects, GCI has become the preferred partner for top-notch global companies. Over the last decade, GCI has dominated solutions and services in the universal health coverage niche by successfully providing cutting-edge solutions and services to our customers and partners.
Our growth was also made possible by like-minded people whom we consider part of the AINQA family. These esteemed companies and talented individuals have helped point us in the right direction, placing us on the map and expanding our client portfolio. We are proud to serve them and be part of their successes.
Building our partnerships with global MNCs by providing consulting strategies and technology-led solutions, we have enabled our enterprise-level customers to direct their transformation initiatives towards business innovation, continuous learning and growth. Above all, an engaging patient care environment.
Our commitment to you – we focus on people first
We are immensely proud to have reimagined ourselves with a new purpose and feel. However, we are still the same passionate group carrying our great legacy. We have new additions to our AINQA family who, during the transitional period, were quietly evolving, improving and embracing the changes to bring you a continuously evolving experience for ever-improving preventive, predictive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative care.
In pursuit of this, we are actively learning, innovating and delivering disruptive digital experiences to positively improve the human-centric customer experience and deliver stakeholder value. While we are proud of what we have accomplished in the past, there is still much work to be done. We acknowledge the challenges around us, and it's going to require tough decisions, tenacity, discipline and agility to overcome them, but we are ready.
I began this message by saying that we are on the road. It is vital that you now know that AINQA wants to reach a new milestone with you.
Thank you for your continued support.
Together, a better future !
